Hello again!

Ship: Bedroom floor
Mood: awake awake

Well, Heeeeellllllllllllllllloooooooooooo!!! <---- said as said by Robin Williams in Mrs. Doubtfire.

I realize it's been a long time since I posted here, but I really have no life at all, so I have nothing to say. However, since it's been over a month I thought I would post some updates.
Boys. In the field of boys, there is nothing. Really I mean it. Absolutely nothing. The only boy I talk to on a regular basis (sorta) is in Alaska mining for gold... yeah I know, I really need to get a life.
School. I've got everything nearly done for school. I still have to pack and whatnot, but I figure that can wait until like mid-August or something. I get the private room I wanted - which makes me extremely happy!
Writing. I haven't really done much of anything because I've been working. I write a little bit on Sundays, but not much to talk about.
Hmm... randomness... I got myself a new "Bob" because the other one was made of styrofoam. I call the old Bob - ProtoBob! I'm almost done carving the runes on New!Bob's face. I still need to do the rest of the skull and then put stain in them so they will stand out more.
The main reason I'm posting is because I got myself a new layout. I made it, it's awesome. I decided to go with Cutler because I'm trying to go back to my "roots"... okay not really. I just wanted to. I couldn't decided whether I wanted to do a Cutler layout or a Tom Hollander layout... It was a very difficult decision, but eventually I decided on j ust Cutler.
So Yeah, there's my life lately... yeah, it's boring... get your own.

Hey, Howdy, Hey, you're not on a yo-yo

Well, here it is... almost the end of May, okay it's more like the middle of May, but still, and I have done nothing important/productive all months. Yes, it's sad isn't it. I think it is....

Um... yeah...

I have no life, except work. Okay, fine, technically, I should be out "western swinging" tonight, but really, Western Swing? No thank you.

Um, no real updates.... nothing. I've been working on my original stories a little bit as well as some wrestling fanfiction. (Fanfiction is a way to get all the completely crappy writing out of the system because really, most fanfiction is really crappy). I made some new wallpapers of my game I got for Christmas called Dracula:Origins. They are pretty cool... maybe I'll post them sometime. (Probably not because I won't remember.) I made some cool fingerless gloves (sorta) I only have the left hand of three pairs done though (how sad is that?) I have almost all the way passed off Kingdom Hearts. I'm thinking about getting the second one (it has POTC in it). I need a new wrestling game because mine has gone all crazy and it makes me cry...

Uh... so yeah... I think that's all I can make up to tell you. There isn't that much going on in my life at the moment. It's sad.

Ta ta!

Spring '09 Blame List

Ship: Library
Mood: indescribable indescribable
Music: Writing Club Members talking

I realize that it's a little late to be posting a blame list, especially since the semester ends next week.... but I'm really bored and I don't want to write my papers so... here we go

Spring '09 Semester Blame List
1. Matt Hardy His relatively recent (More like the whole semester) heel (bad guy) turn on Wrestling has me watching any kind of wrestling I can get.
2. Edge (Adam Copeland) I don't know why, but I have been recently falling in love with Edge. I keep hoping he'll beat John Cena, but Cena's the new Stone Cold, so that's not going to happen.
3. Lord Byron Freaking amazing! And incredibly interesting!!!
4. Napoleon Bonaparte Also freakin' amazing! It's awesome.
5.Mikie and Fantasy Wrestling These two have to go together because I couldn't have fantasy wrestling without Mikie. I have my own roster and game and it's just freakin awesome.
6. Wrestling Fanfiction *looks at others on list* Wow... seems it was wrestling semester. I just love me some "ecstasy" fanfiction (btw, that is probably not what you think it means, but I'm not going to explain it. ^.^)
7. Writing Club I have a writing club that I'm in that I go to every Wednesday.
8. Homework because it's boring.
9. Laptops These are on here because I can do some much with my laptop and it's awesome... I think I've made like 10 or more wallpapers this year. Yeah...
10. Video Games/Facebook What can I say, they are just so much more interesting than my homework.

Also, I have a new background and whatnot so I thought I would post the picture. Wallpaper )
 Yeah... yeah...

Last Day of Trip

Apr. 2nd, 2009 | 02:23 pm
Ship: Work
Mood: busy busy

These are pictures of Williamsburg.

The first thing we did in Williamsburg was go to the court. They had a court case. My dad and I were lawyers and everyone next to the dude in the black (head judge) were other judges. The guy with the paper was the clerk and the fourth picture is a picture of the only cute guy I saw all week. I don't know what his name is or anything, but he was cute.

Obviously we next went to the... guard place... I forget what it's called... It was pretty cool and those were the first red coats that I saw. I was pretty excited. Reminded me of Colonel Tavington of the Green Dragoons.

These are pictures from the courthouse. There was a lot of history that happened here. I don't remember most of it. The guy talking about it was very monotone.

The gaol (jail) it was pretty cool. I really liked it. Blackbeard and his crew were kept in this prison.

The only redcoat I saw all day! I was very disappointed. I almost ran after him and begged him for a picture, but I didn't... obviously. The next picture is of the Governor's Mansion... we didn't go inside it.

The last pictures I have are of the Smithsonian Institute of American History and they aren't very cool, so... Yeah I'm not going to post them...

Anywho, that's my vacation over Spring Break. Have a nice day!

Sorry for the really late update...

These are pictures from Jamestown and Williamsburg...

Pictures from the Jamestown Settlement. (This is where people dress up and pretend they live back then. Some man accosted my father and I on the boat and told us all about EVERYTHING!)

Real ammo and a picture of me in front of a real cannon. It was pretty awesome.

Pocahontas and John Smith, who did not get married. These are at the Original Jamestown fort.

The British Flag waving in the wind. It's probably my most favorite picture I took the whole week. The oldest English building in America. I touched it.

Next update WILLIAMSBURG!

Second Day of the Trip

Mar. 10th, 2009 | 06:54 pm
Ship: Hotel room
Mood: good good
Music: TV News

Here is the second day of the trip which was Sunday.

A picture of me and my mom outside the Metro Center on top of the tour bus we rode. It was like the British double decker buses. IT WAS AWESOME!!!

Pictures of the Metro Center. The first one is of the Columbus Statue in front, it was pretty cool. The second picture is of the six statues on top. The two statues are of the fire and electricity. I forgot what they are supposed to mean.

These are of the Capital building. The picture of me is like the 200th picture I tried to get of me and the building, which is why I don't look very happy. I took a picture of the sign because I thought it was cool that I was there while they were doing work on the lawn and whatnot. Although, they could do that all the time, I don't know. It's my first time.

The first picture is of the Smithsonian Castle. We didn't go there. I don't know what's in there. The second is of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The third is of a sculpture that I don't remember where it is. The fourth is of a car that was completely covered with pictures of the flag. I don't know who was in it or whatnot, but I thought it was interesting.

The next pictures might seem a little weird. We had stopped to eat, but I wasn't hungry, so I got a bottle of water and found a squirrel. I've never seen a squirrel in real life so this was a new experience for me.

I also took a video of the squirrel jumping around from the benches and stuff. It was fun following the squirrel outside of the Jefferson Memorial while my parents finished eating.

    Pictures of the Jefferson Memorial.

I just realized I have a lot of pictures of buildings that I have no idea what they are of... :D The second picture is of the National Archives Building, but I don't know what the first is.

This is some fancy schmancy hotel where celebrities and rich people stay. It was pretty cool looking.

Ah, Arlington Cemetery. Ya know, I don't see why people like cemeteries. THEY ARE DEAD! DEAD! ... Anyway, The first picture is of the eternal flame at JFK's grave, that was pretty cool. The second picture is of a random rusty cannon. I assume it was copper originally. The third picture is of the Unknown Soldiers. An unknown soldier from every war except Vietnam on (there used to be a Vietnam in there, but they did DNA testing  and found out who he is) is buried there. The fourth picture is of the ampetheather that I don't know what they use it for.

These pictures are of the "Changing of the Guard" which, and I don't care who knows this or thinks I'm un-patriotic or whatnot, is the most pompous and unnecessary ceremony ever! I have like 5 pictures of it because that's how freaking long it was and they walked funny and spoke funny. They only cool thing was their shoes (which were also funny) because every time they stopped moving they clicked their heels together (in a funny way) and had little metal things in the heels. They were kinda like sideways tap shoes. My mother loved Arlington... :P

A replication of the Hindinburg and THE original Wright Brother's plane. These were taken at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. It was pretty cool.

Sometime during this day (I forget when) we went to the International Spy Museum. It was my favorite place we have been so far. My parents weren't all that excited about it, but I liked it. :D I got a new identity... Angelena Falcone, 21, from Italy. I was going to Hanoi, Vietnam on business as a travel agent. I don't remember the reason and I can't spell or say the name of the guy I was meeting there since he was Vietnamese. I got two rubber bracelets there. One is yellow and says, "I lie for a living" and the other is purple and says, "Not just a pretty face." I am probably going to buy a hoodie off the internet from the store because I really wanted it, but my parents were in a hurry. I don't have any pictures from it because we weren't allowed to take pictures, but let me tell you, it was pretty awesome.

One of the freakin' original Magan Carta's! I think I was more excited to see this than the original declaration or constitution...

The original declaration and constitution. You couldn't read either of them. Also, the movie National Treasure is so wrong. It's very dark in there and the only guards are around the Constitution and the declaration does not have little temperature stuff in it.

The Louisiana Purchase document. I was pretty excited to see this too. I tried to see if it had Napoleon Bonaparte's signature on it, but people kept pushing me on, so I didn't get to check very hard.

So that is the good pictures that I took from that day. So apparently, these pictures are actually from two days... The spy museum and tour bus stuff are from Sunday. The Air and Space and National Archives are from Monday. Today, we were going to go to Montecello (where Jefferson lived) and some other place like that, but none of us felt very good so we just lounged around the hotel all day. Wait, this morning we went to Buena Vista to get everything okayed for my school stuff. All in all a very productive Tuesday... ;D

More pictures probably tomorrow where we are going to Montecello (and the other one) and then Jamestown. I'm pretty stoked about that. Jamestown! YAY! First

First Days of Trip

Mar. 9th, 2009 | 10:10 pm
Ship: Hotel Room, Lexington, VA
Mood: awake awake
Music: Law and Order: CI

Now I know I didn't tell any of you that I was going on a trip, but I'm in Washington D.C. with my parents... at least I was... I'm in Lexington Virginia now, but for the first couple of days that's where I was. I took a lot of pictures, so here they are.

My parents waiting for the shuttle to take us to the rental car place.

Me (I don't take very good pictures of myself) at the airport in D.C.

The GPS thingy we got with the car. It's pretty freaking awesome.

Picture looking at the floor from my 10th story room.

My first ride on the metro. This picture is as it was leaving once I had gotten off.

First picture is of my metro ticket and the above picture is of the ascent from Hell. You should see the Rosslyn Metro Station. It was so steep!

Pictures of the Washington Monument. The first is of the evil eyes on the top... >:D The second is taking a picture from the bottom up. It's huge!

The Lincoln Memorial.... Weird that this is the Lincoln Memorial, but it's the Washington Monument... Weird...

My shadow in the lamplight and a soldier in the Korean War Memorial. That is the most creepy memorial ever! Although, I saw it in the dark, so...

The picture of the capital from the Washington Monument area. It was still very far away which is why it's all blurry and whatnot.

Well, that was the first day I was there. I will upload the next day possibly tomorrow. See you then! :D

Bored out of my mind

Feb. 19th, 2009 | 08:44 pm
Ship: My room
Mood: cynical cynical
Music: Schadenfreude by Avenue Q

So here I am in my room (like always) listening to Avenue Q songs and most of my roommates are downstairs on a group date making doughnuts. Since I'm not in the dating class that they are, I'm not on a date. My other roommates that aren't on dates either left to go do something and didn't tell me. So I don't want to go down there and be like "HI! INCLUDE ME!" cause that would be weird. But I don't want to sit up here either... It's like choosing between the lesser of two weevils.

I made a new notebook cover today... yeah it was today because I made it at like 3 in the morning when I should have been either sleeping or studying for my test today.I only missed one point on my test though so it was all good. The cover is of Lord Byron (who I ADORE!)....
Here it is..
Byron )The quotes on it were either written by Byron, said by Byron or said about Byron. I enjoy it and other people think it's cool.

New Layout...

Feb. 14th, 2009 | 01:15 am
Ship: My room - by myself
Mood: good good
Music: Fantasies Come True - Avenue Q

Yeah I know... the Sweeney Todd one didn't last very long... But I have become enamoured with the musical Avenue Q. So this layout is dedicated to Rod from Avenue Q. You can't really see the background (at all... I'm a little sad about that...), but it is of Rod and his puppeteer John Tartaglia. I heart John, unfortunately for me, he's gay and I'm not a guy, so that's a problem... :D

I decided to put the background up here...

Rod and John )

Anyway, I have nothing going on in my life except school and work. Uh, I got registered for my classes next year in Virginia. I'm  a little excited about that. I have to raise an extra $600 though for a private room. I'm not good with the sharing. It was bugging me tonight to even have my roommate just laying on my floor. She was just laying there texting someone. It was annoying... yeah, I don't share and I'm territorial... not good for having roommates.

Uh, no boy news. Wish I had some...

I have writing like two original stories now. It's pretty cool. I enjoy them. Mostly just because of my character Cal (He's the bad guy and I love him). I submitted a short story (very short 1200 words) to the literary magazine here at Snow. I won't know if I won the contest thing or whatever until April. I'll probably forget until then when it comes out and then my friends will be like, "GO SEE! GO SEE!" Then I will run and see and I will probably be disappointed. It wasn't a very good story. It was hard to introduce characters and a plot in 1200 words. I'm writing a few fanfics. Maybe I will post them.

*le sigh* Have a loverly day! or Night! or Whatever!... :D

What? What?

Ship: Apartment Living Room
Mood: mischievous mischievous
Music: The Office Season Two: Booze Cruise

So, New Layout!!! Made by the same person. I enjoy it. I love the musical Sweeney Todd and loved the movie except when Sweeney's daughter has her little solo. I don't know... her shrill voice gets on my nerves. So I always skip past that song... yeah...

Anyway, updates? Uh... not really. I didn't practice my guitar this week, I should have... Uh, I'm supposed to be doing my homework, but I'm not. I'm talking to this awesome guy Westin Cross and watching season two of The Office. Ryan is my hero. Working on a new story (not that many care, and honestly, that's okay, I just enjoy writing it) that's like a prequel to my previous ones.

Uh, haven't really been on the internet all that much again, it's kinda weirding me out... is weirding a word... Livejournal says it isn't, but I think that it is. From now on, it is. I need to be reading some more awesome fanfics. Hmm... what to do... ramble some more? I don't really have anything else to say... Hmm... Watch Chuck!!! It's in 3D on the first Monday in Feb, so WATCH IT!!! MWAHAHAHA!!! I'm kinda hyper now, but i still have nothing to write, so I will go. Have a loverly day!

Have good sex! ... wait that's a line from Firefly... Uh...

Have a loverly time!

Long time no... communication?

Jan. 2nd, 2009 | 03:13 pm
Ship: my parent's study
Mood: awake awake
Music: None

So it's been a while since I've been on the internet long enough for me to actually do something other than check my email. Seriously. All of winter break I have only gotten on the internet long enough to check my email and maybe reply to a few. It's very sad... or is that good? Hmm... I don't know.

Anyway, I thought I should probably update this even though there isn't much to say.

I passed all of my classes, which is awesome. I got a new laptop, which is also awesome and I'm still figuring stuff out. Right now, I'm trying to type this on a screen that is so small I can almost not make out the letter, so if there is wrong words, you will have to excuse me.
I'm starting a new semeste (and final) at my home town college. I'm pretty excited for it. I'm pretty much taking classes that I want to take for fun because I only need 5 credits to graduate. It's nice.
Uh... still no boyfriend and I'm not really looking anymore. I figure what's the use if I am just going to leave to across the continent in less than a year. I'll find some guy in Virginia.
I'm still working on my stories although I started a new one for the writing club I'm in next semester. It's awesome. I love it. Mostly because it's about one of my original characters that I totally love. He's a billionaire badboy who gets in some trouble and has to run from this gangster guy.
Okay so my computer just made the screen a lot bigger and I don't remember pushing anything... this is kinda freaking me out...
Anyway, this new story is kind of a prequel for my first original story that I posted part of, but not really cause it has nothing to do with James or Arthur, just Cal.

So... that's my life... pretty much... Yeah....

Randomness before the storm

Nov. 30th, 2008 | 11:53 pm
Ship: Apartment living room
Mood: content content
Music: Chuck 207... I think...

So, here I am. I'm really bored even though I have to do a lot of homework before tomorrow... I don't want to. I have so much stuff to do this week. It's the last week before finals. I have so many assignments to turn in as well as memorize my final scene for Acting. I have acting down... at least for now. I have my extra credit to do, but it's okay. I think I'm good for my other classes as well. Anyway, I should probably go do something important... but like I said... I'm a slacker. SLACKER! :D

I should do my blame list for this semester... since this semester is almost over. Yeah, I think I will.

'08 Fall Semester Blame List
1. Adam Baldwin He is so hot... At first it was fine. I saw him (vaugely) in Firefly (I was half asleep), but then my roommate got me addicted to Chuck... and then I remembered that he was in Firefly... now I own both... :D
2. John Casey The Adam Baldwin character from Chuck... love the NSA Agent!!!
3.Jayne Cobb Adam Baldwin character from Firefly... Hes... dirty.
4. Jesse Carter Adam Baldwin character from Sands of Oblivion. I LOVE this show!!! I don't know why. It's so cheesy and everything, but I love it!
5. Fanfiction Writers I love them! Fanfiction Writers are my hero!
6. James Lately, I've been having a twilight James obsession.... but mostly all the blame falls on Adam Baldwin.
7. Rosemary Wolfe My roommate... makes me hang out with her...
8. Movies I love movies much more than homework.
9. Interpersonal Communication My intense hatred for my research group from that class.
10. Facebook What can't you do on facebook really? It's like the place to go when you don't want you to do homework.

Well that's my blame list for this semester... I should probably go do homework or something... productive... I don't know... just something.

Ta ta!

Have to write this down

Nov. 13th, 2008 | 07:12 pm
Ship: My parent's house
Mood: mischievous mischievous
Music: Heartbreak Hotel - Neil Diamond

So I have to write this down cause I thought it was hilariously funny. I'm typing up a paper for my communications on African-American English (Ebonics) and I'm listening to a mix of songs from Firefly and some Neil Diamond (Don't ask, it makes sense to me) and one of the Neil Diamond songs I put on there is Love on the Rocks which I have fallen madly in love with because it is on one of my favorite episodes of Chuck. The episode in the first season entitled Chuck vs. The Undercover. It's basically paying homage to Casablanca (one of my fav. movies) and Casey (Adam Baldwin) is being the "Rick" of the episode. In one part, he is basically falling down drunk in his house drinking scotch (without pants on, he has very nice legs...) and listening to Neil Diamond. For the longest time, I didn't know which song it was. Luckily, nbc.com put up a list of all the songs that Chuck has in each episode. He's listening to Love on the Rocks.

Wow, that was a lot of backstory...

So I'm typing up my paper and I had this whole paragraph figured out about what I was going write and Love on the Rocks comes on. It makes me think of when Casey and Chuck fall out of a hotel window and land in a pool. Casey walks out all dripping wet while the chorus of Love on the Rocks plays. I completely lost my train of thought about what I was writing and it made me giggle. So, I just had to put it up here. :D

Yes, I am in my own little world, but it's okay because they are my lovable little slave-like people there. ;)

I just realized I should get a better picture of Adam because my only icon of him is of his bloody hand. From my most favorite episode of Firefly entitled Jaynestown (Adam plays Jayne Cobb in Firefly)

Anywho, ta ta

Reasons to watch the TV show Chuck

Nov. 12th, 2008 | 08:20 pm
Ship: My parents house
Mood: optimistic optimistic
Music: Chuck Season 2 Episode 6 (Chuck vs. The Ex)

Mostly a plea because Chuck is in danger of being cancelled... So to all my American buddies and where ever else it is being broadcast

Top Ten Reasons Why the General Public Should Watch Chuck
1. Hilarious Comedy - The Cast is amazingly funny, but dramatic when they need to be.
2. Complex yet not plots - A new caper every week and yet plots that go all season
3. Almost campy fight scenes - one of the producers of this show is the guy that did Charlie's Angels, the other is the guy that did The Hills.
4. The Cast - As a whole they are fantastic!
5. Zachary Levi - he is adorably geeky and so so funny
6. Adam Baldwin - What can't this man do? Amazingly funny and muscly - one liners are amazing!
7. Yvonne Strahovski - Very beautiful and does wonderful fight scenes
8. Pop Culture References - Every episode  has at least one reference to a video game or something geeky/nerdy like that
9. Something for everyone - Whatever you are into Chuck has it, action, drama, romance... EVERYTHING!
10. Superman-esque dual identity - Buy More Nerd Herder by day, Secret Agent by Night. What could be better?

So... GO WATCH CHUCK!!! If you like it, tell everyone!!! If you don't like it... tell everyone you did!!!

-Emily/Ariei

P.S. If you were wondering why I titled it General Public Reasons, it's because the reasons why I watch the show would probably not appeal to the general public... e.g. My #1 would be Adam Baldwin. While he might appeal to some... they aren't the whole populace...

Music: We Can Do It - Nathan Lane, The Producers

So I know this is a little weird, but I'm really bored and don't want to write my paper and somewhere... oh yeah it was a fanfic about Major John Casey and his having a tattoo of Forget-Me-Nots... so I decided to decide what my favorite flower is. I already knew I really like Lilies, but I decided that I like Fire Lilies and Blue Forget-Me-Nots.

Fire Lilies and Forget-Me-Nots )
I also decided that I really like the musical "The Producers". It's really funny. I liked the original movie by the same title, but it's just not as good without the music. The music really makes the show. :D Plus, Nathan Lane is amazing.
Oh yeah and todays... well I guess yesterday's episode of Chuck was awesome. The Chasey fangirls/shippers will have stuff to write on for months. :D I think the writers might have done that on purpose... *suspects something*
Anyway, have a lovely ... night? day? food time? :D

So I wasn't planning on posting today because I'm trying to get my 1,500 words and I seem stuck at 1,000, but since I was browsing quizzes, came up on this one and got the result I got, I thought I would post it.

Music: the computer hum

So apparently my sister is getting tired of never hearing about my life... well honestly, there isn't anything to talk about... My halloween was... basically boring although I did get to dress one of my guy friends up as Jayne Cobb from Firefly which rocked, but other than that it was boring... Uh... All I'm doing is school work so I can pass my classes cause that would be nice... Um.. so yeah... here are some quizzes that I theifed from my sister.

What Emily Means

You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.

You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.

At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.

You are confident, self assured, and capable. You are not easily intimidated.

You master any and all skills easily. You don't have to work hard for what you want.

You make your life out to be exactly how you want it. And you'll knock down anyone who gets in your way!

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.

You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.

You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.

You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.

Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in.

You are unpredictable, adventurous, and always a little surprising.

You may miss out by not settling down, but you're too busy having fun to care.

I'm a Mercedes SLK!

You appreciate the finer things in life. You have a split personality - wild or conservative, depending on your mood. Wherever you go, you like to travel first class. Luxury, style, and fun - who could ask for more?

Take the Which Sports Car Are You? quiz.

The last question I couldn't decide whether I would rather wield a sledgehammer or a scapel... I decided on a scaple. I just changed it and it's the same thing so I guess it doesn't matter. :D

Hmm... what else can I say? I've started Nanowrimo again... *looks away ashamed* Yes I know I've done this before, but I cheated this time so maybe it will actually work! I will get 50,000 words written by November 30th... possibly...

Plays

Oct. 14th, 2008 | 03:13 am
Ship: My room in the dark
Mood: annoyed annoyed
Music: My heater, it's cold

Not many of you know, but I'm going to tell you anyway. Monday I screwed up (? right words wrong words?) my courage and tried out for my college's play. It's called It's All In The Family. It's a comedy and generally speaking, I like to think of myself as a funny person. So I tried out and did my best (which I honestly thought was pretty freakin awesome btw). I was there for three hours and I hadn't eaten since about two (that's 7 hours later, mind you) Unfortunately, I didn't get callbacks and this one girl did. She is probably the most unfunniest person I know... Like seriously... not funny. And she wears giant ugly bows in her hair that look like they are going to take over her head. And yes, I'll admit, part of that is probably the jealousy talking, she always gets the main parts in the play and she has the boy (apparently, they are back together) who I think is hot. Except that I think I may have changed my mind on that.... Why do boys have to be so complicated???

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I tried out for the play and did not make it.... such sadness... I will get over it... eventually. I guess Casey and Jayne will just have to keep me company for a while...

P.S. I also rewatched RHPS and I still think it's hilarious. :D Yay Frank!!!

Boys, plays and Adam Baldwin

Oct. 8th, 2008 | 04:04 pm
Ship: work
Mood: bouncy bouncy
Music: None - I know weird...

Ah... the play's the thing.... (props to anyone who can name the author, the play, act and scene in which that is said) Anyway, so my college has been doing a play for the past week and I saw it twice. Opening night and closing night. I only saw it twice because there is a guy that I think is really hot was the main character and he walks around for the first part and the last part without his shirt on. The play is called "Dark of the Moon". He played  John and Witch Boy (I'm not sure what it was put as in the program). I got all dressed up (pretty much did everything short of wearing a dress, which I thought would be weird) and then didn't even talk to him. My friend Rosemary dragged me over, but he makes me so flustered that I only nodded with what Rosemary said. ARG!!! Oh well... I'm trying out for the next play, cause I'm certain he will get the main part and if I'm even in it then I can become friends with him... that is if I can even say anything to him.

I must explain my new background. I have this new obsess-- sorry I'm not obsessed, I'm just focused -- with Adam Baldwin (not related to the Baldwin brothers). He played Jayne on Firefly/Serenity (which is what my background is of) and John Casey on the tv show Chuck. His characters are freakin' awesome! So, to my sister (who thinks there is something wrong with me because of the guns and stuff) that is where it is from. Both Casey and Jayne like guns and killing people. Everyone who hasn't seen Chuck or Firefly should see it right away! :D Oh and I am making this hat that Jayne wears in the last episode of Firefly. It's funny looking, but it's Jaynes.

That is all.

Last Night

Sep. 23rd, 2008 | 04:56 pm
Ship: my sister's house
Mood: artistic artistic
Music: Choo Choo Soul with... someone... I'm babysitting

So I thoroughly enjoyed last night. I don't know why I was in such a good mood, but I was. I went to wal-mart to get some fingernail clippers (mine are lost somewhere in my extremely messy room) and some black ink for my printer (which they were out of, I should check today). I looked at my cell phone as I walked in and noticed it was exactly nine o' clock at night. As I walked in farther, I noticed the music (I always do, I'm weird like that) was Piano Man by Billy Joel and if you have never heard it, it talks about it being nine on a Saturday. While it wasn't Saturday... or even close, I thought it was awesome. Plus, I got myself a live size skull so I can make myself a Bob now (dresden files) and since I no longer have long nails (I got bored) I purchased some freaking awesome fake ones. Over all it was a good day. I even got my paper I had to write to sound good. I had no idea originally what I was doing, but the end result was awesome! :D I'm happy with myself.
